Position Overview: In this newly created role, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service while supporting our sales team in driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities: Support sales representatives with order processing, inventory management, and customer follow-ups.Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom display.Assist with product restocking and inventory counts.Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.Assist with showroom events. Processing aftersales requestsResolving issues on-site Qualifications: Previous experience in sales support or retail, preferably in a plumbing or home improvement environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Knowledge of plumbing supplies and products is required.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with point-of-sale systems.
