Sales Support Coordinator

This company is highly respected in their industry as being innovative, extremely commercial, ethical and forward thinking in their approach to business as they continue to dominate their sector nationally.

They are now seeking the expertise of a Sales Support Coordinator to support the Key Account Managers and provide high level customer service to their clients.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, duties will include :
Collaborating with Key Account Managers and providing administrative support to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service Assist in developing tailored solutions to enhance the customer experience Generating quotes and proposals for the Key Account Managers Ensure accuracy of information entered into the CRM system Processing incoming queries in accordance with the service level agreements Liaise with customers regarding any changes to meetings with the Key Account Managers Generate sales reports as requested by the Key Account Managers Attend weekly meetings providing supporting documentation for the Key Account Managers This role requires strong administrative skills, an ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base whilst providing internal support to the Key Account Managers and their clients.

To be successful in this role you must enjoy a fast paced role and be able to multi task whilst sourcing solutions to customer queries.

This is a 12 month maternity leave contract with possible view to permanency.
