This role will be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Business Development, working closely with, and supporting our sales team.
Responsibilities: Coordination of the sales team's schedules, documentation control and communicating relevant information to key stakeholders.Working with Marketing to ensure adequate supply of sales-related equipment & collateral.Daily administration of Salesforce, ensuring data from sales teams are maintained & accurate.Provide administrative support to executives and management team members as required.Managing meeting agendas and preparing any materials required.Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.Desired Skills and ExperienceExperience: Proven experience in sales support/coordinator or administrative role.Advanced communication skills both written and verbal.Proficient in the use of Salesforce.Extremely organised with a strong focus on attention to detail.Experience using Google Apps Suite and Microsoft Office applications.Cater Care is a leading, 100% Australian owned contract catering service provider, operating across multiple sectors (Aged care, Education, Retirement, Retail and Remote services).
