This is a varied role, but a typical day will involve scheduling appointments, processing sales orders, generating energy rating reports, promptly responding to customer phone and email inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. In doing so, you will directly contribute to both the success of the Sales team and the quality of our customers' experience.About youWe're looking to leverage your customer service and administrative experience, along with a keenness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team.
