The primary function of the Sales Support Role is to successfully execute administrative and operational processes in the Collision and Mechanical businesses in Australia along with supporting an external team of contractors outside of Australia. The role provides a supportive complement to our nationally based sales operation by handling a range of administrative and process driven tasks. This role reports to the Team Leader – Sales Support.

The Opportunity
We have a unique opportunity for a passionate Sales Support person to successfully execute administrative and operational processes in the Collision and Mechanical businesses in Australia along with supporting an external team of contractors outside of Australia. This role reports to the Team Leader – Sales Support.
Role Responsibilities
Engage with the Internal sales team to support and help build the customer base with fast and efficient processing of all orders, RMA's and reduced response times.
Build and foster positive relationships and communications with Collision and Mechanical customers as their primary point of contact.
Facilitate face-to-face and phone meetings with existing key Collision customers to understand their needs and their business.
Participate in administrative supportive tasks in line with the Collision and Mechanical businesses.
Accurately input, update and maintain data in various systems.
