We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Closer to join our team. As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for conducting sales meetings over video with pre-booked appointments to close and sell a $5,000 membership fee in one call. This position requires exceptional sales skills and the ability to communicate the value of our services to potential investors effectively.

Responsibilities:

Conduct video meetings with pre-booked appointments to pitch and close sales. Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to potential investors. Build rapport and trust with clients to facilitate the sales process. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and tactics. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote or virtual sales environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Experience in real estate or investment sales is a plus. Must be able to work onsite in North Strathfield.
