Sales Support Clerk

We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled individual to join our dealership.In this position you will be responsible for all functions relating to Registrations, Sales Support and Stock Control. This includes:Processing paperwork for direct vehicle purchases, vehicles sold/swapped, freight, trades, invoicing, payments, etc.;Accurate and timely registrations of all vehicles;Facilitating the movement of vehicles throughout the dealerships;Organising & auditing retail/fleet vehicle paperwork;Processing traffic infringements; andOther administration tasks that relate to the sales support office functions.The successful applicant will possess:Automotive Industry experience in a sales support role – highly regarded.National Police Certificate – mandatory requirement.Understanding of vehicle stock movements, associated documents & processes.Skills to manage a multi-task workload, meet priorities and varying demands.Self-motivation, initiative and problem-solving expertise.What we offer:Supportive team environment.A rewarding role.Uniform supplied.This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly successful business and a dedicated team!
