Join Macquarie's Commodities and Global Markets Group in their Sales Clearing team as a Sales Support Analyst.
You will support Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on new and existing customers to fulfill regulatory requirements within our Futures Clearing business in our ANZ region.

What role will you play?Your key focus will be partnering with our Futures Sales and Execution teams and supporting all facets of the sales process including client onboarding, annual credit reviews and risk management processes, ad-hoc reporting and customer support, while maintaining customer data and documents in the customer database.
You will engage directly with senior sales and execution leads to drive the onboarding processes for our new clients, ensuring smooth and compliant integration into our services.
You will oversee the onboarding pipeline with tasks such as requesting credit limits, opening new accounts, conducting KYC, engaging with clients and legal teams, and initiating cases in the CRM platform.
What you offer• 1-3 years' experience in financial markets support roles
• Enthusiastic, flexible and a strong sense of initiative
• High attention to detail and sound organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
