In partnership with TowerBrook Delta, we're dedicated to sustainable, efficient telecom network management, guided by our 'circle of value'.Job functionReporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Support Administrator is responsible for the effective delivery of the asset recovery/logistics shipping and sales support administration within the Group.We want to be known for a world-class commercial function, and to do that we need to build and develop best-in-class processes, systems, and reporting. You'll have autonomy to bring amazing ideas to the table and enable our commercial organisation to exceed their goals and significantly contribute to positive business and customer outcomes.Specific responsibilitiesCreating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, quote templates, and trackingLogging of all sales orders, shipments, and invoice details on ERP systemsSupport Sales Consultant on managing customer expectationsManage and maintain a product cost registerLiaise with internal and external staff including customersProactive development within the Sales Consultants specific accounts as directed by the Head of Sales Australia.Managing data input and flow, such as goods-in, delivery, and invoicingUpdating CRM and business systemsFollowing up on all invoice queries as support to the finance teamPurchasing product when requested by the Sales Consultant and with approvalQuality processes including but not limited to logging of RMAsWhen required, providing cover for sales staff which they supportResponsibility to operate within the trade compliance procedures, including the presentation of sales opportunities respecting export control rules/legislation and for suitable due diligence to be undertaken accordingly.OtherFollow all company Policies and Procedures including but not limited to Quality, Health and Safety, Environment, and Information Security.The role is also expected to perform any reasonable requests which are not defined but within the ability of the individual.About youProven experience in administration, preferably in telecoms related industries.Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.How to applyIf you have the skills and experience needed for this role, we want to hear from you.
