The role works with various stakeholders including Architects & Designers, Building Contractors, Distributors, and Retail. This role will be heavily focused on nurturing relationships with existing customers alongside executing a clear new business development plan.
Description The role of Sales/Specification Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with architects, designers, and contractors. The role will have a focus on two core areas: product specification and project management.
Specification Work with design teams to specify products for new projects. Provide technical support to a variety of stakeholders. Conduct product presentations and specification meetings. Relationship management. Project Management Track project status from initial specification to final purchase. Work collaboratively with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, customer service, and production. Provide reports on sales activity, project specifications, and competitor analysis. Monitor industry trends. Profile Sales experience ideally from within the building product/material or construction industry. An understanding of the specification process and experience of working with architects and designers. Location and Remuneration Working remotely across Greater Brisbane and the wider QLD region.
