Role Overview
The role of Sales / Specification Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with architects, designers, and contractors.
This role will focus on two core areas: product specification and project management.

Responsibilities
Specification
Work with design teams to specify products for new projects.
Provide technical support to a variety of stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations and specification meetings.
Manage relationships with clients.
Project Management
Track project status from initial specification to final purchase.
Work collaboratively with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, customer service, and production.
Provide reports on sales activity, project specifications, and competitor analysis.
Monitor industry trends.
Profile
Sales experience ideally from within the building product/material or construction industry.
An understanding of the specification process and experience working with architects and designers.
Location and Remuneration
Working remotely across Greater Sydney and the wider NSW region.
A competitive salary package of base, super, car allowance & STI.
