Sales Specialist – Minimally Invasive Surgery and Closure TechnologiesWe are looking for a passionate and strategic Sales Specialist to join our Aesculap team and drive sales of our Minimally Invasive Surgery and Closure Technologies in Queensland. Reporting to the National Manager for MIS, CT & Corporate Accounts ANZ, you will work with clinicians, nursing staff, and allied health to promote our award-winning Aesculap portfolio.
This will include identifying customer needs and opportunities, presenting product information, and using your sales experience to achieve revenue targets.
In addition, you will work with other Sales Specialists and internal stakeholders to ensure successful product training and implementations, focusing on both growing and maintaining your territory.
Your Responsibilities Identifying customer needs, generating leads, and presenting product informationDeveloping and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plansAttending cases and providing technical support during surgical proceduresFacilitating product trials & evaluations and delivering in-service trainingDeveloping effective relationships with key opinion leadersThe Requirements Several years' surgical sales experience in a similar portfolio, ideally within Operating Theatres and/or Emergency DepartmentsProven track record of sales achievements and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the hospital systemAble to deliver long-term, customer-focused solutionsResilient and results-driven, with exceptional relationship skillsExcellent communication and time management skills and good attention to detailIn return, we offer flexible working conditions, paid parental leave, 17.5% annual leave loading, paid volunteering/community leave, tailored career development, and more.
