About the role
We are recruiting for a number of Phone based Sales Specialists to be a part of our team based in Melbourne on a full time basis. As a Sales Specialist you will speak with new and existing customers to educate and offer them access to our partners growing suite of digital & tech products & services.
Some of the responsibilities will be to:
Call new & existing customers to present digital & tech solutionsManage customer contact pro-actively, handle queries and requests from inbound and outbound calls / emails whilst ensuring our highservice standards are metDevelop and manage relationships with our portfolio of clientsCollaborate with a great team to shareideas and best practiceBenefits and perks

Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience working over the phone selling to an existing base of customersThe ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clientsKeen interest in digital marketing with a willingness to learnDemonstrated ability to work well with others and take on responsibility in an open team environmentStrong work ethic and team spiritYou must have full working rights to work in Australia.No working holiday Visa's or sponsorship
