The Role Dayshelf requires an experienced candidate with exceptional administration and communications skills working within our Sales / Service team and in providing optimum customer service working closely with clients, contractors and colleagues.
The Ideal Applicant will have and be able to demonstrate the following: Experience working within a service industry (Service Industry Preferred but not necessary)Service Scheduling (Preferred but not necessary)Proficient using Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)Database Experience working with customised IT service programsAsset ManagementContract ProcessingAccounting Programs HR Experience (Not necessary)Ability to work in a fast paced position with a team to achieve common goalsMulti TaskDeliver superior service and professionalism to clientsExceptional attention to detailThe ability to take ownership of task at handExcellent phone manner to manage multiple incoming telephone calls and follow upsExcellent organisation and time management skills.Demonstrated experience in Sales, Customer Service and AdministrationProblem solving skills and meet client expectationsThe ability to work autonomously with a pro-active approach to managing deadlinesExcellent oral and written skillsTo be suitable for this role you must have a confident yet outgoing can do attitude, have a work ethic that values work responsibility, be well spoken, mature and have the ability to work under pressure.
