As a Team Leader in our Growth Squad, you'll have the exciting opportunity to empower a talented team of specialists across Inbound Sales, Retention, Outbound Sales, and Messaging Sales.
You'll play a key role in building a culture of autonomy, driving high performance, and creating memorable customer experiences.

Drive Performance: Organize, schedule, and motivate your team to hit those targets!
Continuous Improvement: Lead the charge on initiatives that wow our customers and nail first-call resolutions.
Empowerment & Autonomy: Foster a culture where everyone owns their customer interactions from start to finish  About You    You're an experienced Sales/Retention Leader based in either Wollongong or Sydney  with a flair for exceeding KPIs and building a collaborative team culture.
Management Experience : Minimum of a few years (health insurance industry desirable)  Sales Savvy: Proven success in smashing targets Remote Leadership : Skilled at managing and motivating remote teams Adaptability: Agile with change and quick problem-solving abilities Adaptable & Agile : Quick on your feet and ready for any challenge Oh, and make sure your broadband is reliable (NBN or ADSL), because we're all about seamless connections!
