About the RoleWe're seeking a drivenSales & Retention Account Managerto help grow our business within a defined sector.
This is not your typical account management role, it's a unique opportunity to drive sales and forge new markets for innovative data solutions.
You'll focus on building and expanding relationships, identifying new opportunities, and positioning our products to address complex client needs.
The role has a strong sales focus, requiring creativity, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
It's about market creation, educating prospects and demonstrating the value of solutions they might not yet realize they need.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers across your sector.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue and expand our client base.Develop tailored strategies to introduce new products and solutions, helping to establish .id in untapped markets.Conduct regular client check-ins to enhance engagement, provide training, and ensure satisfaction.Leverage insights from client interactions to propose innovative, data-driven solutions.Achieve sales and retention targets, with a primary focus on driving growth and new business.Collaborate with internal teams to support the rollout of new offerings and pilot programs.Maintain detailed CRM records to track client interactions, performance metrics, and pipeline progress.About YouYou're a natural relationship builder with proven B2B sales experience and a passion for identifying growth opportunities.
You thrive in environments that require entrepreneurial thinking, and you're skilled at educating and influencing clients to adopt innovative solutions.
You'll also bring:
5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in a consultative or solution-based sales environment.The ability to engage clients with new ideas and articulate the value of unique solutions.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A proactive attitude and a focus on achieving results.Experience introducing new products or expanding into new markets is highly desirable.A driver's license and willingness to travel as required.What We OfferAt .id, we value our people and provide a range of benefits to support your growth and well-being:
