All training provided Negotiable salary Our client is one of the industry leaders in their field, and a fantastic opportunity has become available to join their team as a Service Desk Consultant, based in their north Brisbane office.
This role would suit a candidate with a genuine passion for customer service, who has experience in an automotive dealership environment.
You will be joining a business at the cutting edge of the DMS landscape, where you will provide level one help desk support to dealership customers who need support using the system.

Main duties: Handling enquiries through multiple channels of communication Participation in training to ensure that up to date knowledge is maintained Effectively communicate with customers to ensure end-to-end service is delivered Capture all interactions with customers within digital ticketing systems Identify and provide feedback of improvement opportunities Multitask and prioritize jobs to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner Work side by side with the current team, to ensure that great customer service is provided Ensure customer issues are resolved, through end-to-end communication Candidate requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role Analytical mind and problem-solving skills Friendly disposition and positive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer skills Experience in a dealership environment is highly desired Experience with a DMS is highly desired Desire to learn and develop your skills and knowledge Full Australian working rights Experience with Jira software is highly desired In return you will be joining a positive work environment, on a Monday-Friday roster, on a full-time basis.
A negotiable salary is on offer, dependent on experience, which will be discussed at face-to-face interviews.
Ongoing training will be provided and once you are on top of your duties, the ability to work from home one day per week will be available.
