Sales Representatives (Full time)
As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be to build a customer centric environment whilst driving sales to achieve both individual and store set targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Proactively greeting customers, identifying their needs, and delivering solutions to close sales and satisfy customer needs. Assisting with store housekeeping by undertaking stock replenishment activities. Supporting the processing of sales through the POS system. Undertaking a variety of operational activities. To be successful you'll:
Have proven success in exceeding set retail sales KPI's and targets. Have previous retail experience (minimum 2 years) with a high energy sales focus. Be available to work a Wednesday to Sunday roster. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be highly customer centric. Have proven experience within a high performing sales environment. Have the ability to grasp and learn new product SKUs, POS, etc. Knowledge of 12v systems is highly regarded. Interested?
