About the Role: With a key focus on customer and clinical excellence, the Sales Representative is primarily responsible for providing exceptional service by offering solutions to Surgeons and Medical/Healthcare professionals across Arthrex's product portfolio including Sports Medicine & Arthroscopy, Distal Extremities & Traumatology, Imaging & Resection, Shoulder Arthroplasty, and Orthobiologics. Key responsibilities include:
Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promoting the sale of products/solutions that address customer's pain pointsIdentifying customer needs and optimizing on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product informationProviding in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launchesDeveloping and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plansAbout the Requirements: Successful sales track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic or similar, or experienced Scrub Nurses, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, or Paramedics looking to transition into sales.Strong team orientation, and a long-term, relationship-based sales approachAbility to think strategically and constructively challenge customersExcellent communication, time management, and prioritization skillsAbout Arthrex: Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in Orthopaedics.
