We are looking for our next Sales Representative to join our team to call on and service our growing customer base in Mildura.
Location: Sunshine West, Victoria
Polytec is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing Sales team. This is a diverse role where you will be building strong relationships within the trade and design market to ensure Polytec is the brand of choice. If you're passionate about top quality decorative products, being in control of your own workload and love to work in a collaborative environment, this position is right for you.
About the Role We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales and be responsible for the Mildura region, including coverage of the Riverland to Swan Hill.

This role will have the successful candidate out on the road actively servicing our existing customer base, building relationships with existing customers, sourcing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Your new position will involve: Developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with key customers in the industry to ensure Polytec is the product of choice in the residential, commercial, and building industries. Working autonomously to manage and grow your customer base by developing effective sales and call cycle plans. Maintaining project and client databases. Reporting on specification activities within the region. Merchandising as required. Regional travel including overnights. Liaising with internal departments to respond to customer enquiries and resolve any customer issues. Continually seeking new business opportunities for the Polytec product range. What you'll bring to the Team: Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development. Demonstrated experience in seeking out and securing new clients and projects, and maintaining and expanding a customer/client base through outstanding sales and customer service. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. A self-starter looking for a challenging and rewarding position. Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, you will be proactive, highly committed, resilient, and driven.
The salary will be negotiable depending on experience and will include a fully maintained company vehicle.
