We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team promoting and selling our high-quality rotary drilling tools.
Covering both New South Wales and Queensland, this role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our rotary drilling tools and their applications to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand market share.Market Analysis: Research competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals and secure long-term contracts.Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence through our CRM database. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in rotary drilling tools. Experience in B2B sales and a strong understanding of the Bowen Basin and Hunter Valley mining regions.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with rotary drilling tools, large blast hole drilling equipment, and industry standards.
