Gibson Gifts is one of the largest importers of gifts and accessories into different retail sectors Australia-wide. For over 60 years Gibson has serviced pharmacies, newsagents, independent gift, garden and homewares stores. Our Sales team is pivotal in driving our continued success.
As a member of Gibson Gifts national sales team, you will be responsible for selling our extensive product range to existing customers as well as new business.
Success in this role would assume the following:
Customer and company focused.Proven Track record in sales.Excellent oral and written skills.Emotional intelligence.Excellent IT and system skills.Pro-active, self-starter.Exceptional time manager.Results-driven who thrives on hitting targets.Analytical and numerical.Previous gift, homewares, or pharmacy experience is beneficial.It is important to note that this role requires considerable travel to fulfill the inherent requirements of the role. Presenting our industry-leading giftware range to customersIdentifying new giftware business opportunitiesSolving customer problemsMaximizing ordersTravel to current and new customers locally and regionallyWorking harmoniously with our Customer Service Team and Head OfficeEnhancing the Gibson brandExceptional territory planningAn attractive package including salary, commission, incentive structure, and a fully maintained company car/ car allowance is on offer to the successful candidate.
