We need you to be the sort of person who can build lasting relationships with vet clinics, livestock producers & resellers as well as having a personal strength in utilising business insights.
We want you to be customer obsessed with a love for the livestock industry.This sales role covers dairy, beef and sheep enterprises across South West Victoria from Geelong to Heywood including Bannockburn, Derrinallum, Camperdown, Mortlake, Warrnambool, Timboon and surrounding areas.What's The JobBe a trusted source of information and a "go to person" for vet clinics, livestock producers & resellers.Deliver technical training (after you have been trained) with support from our veterinary team to sell our unique and market leading, genomic, animal health and veterinary range.Build the sales of key brands in line with the commercial plan.Innovation is encouraged and fostered within Zoetis.Through extension activities assist in delivering effective education and information to industry stakeholders regarding animal health and production.Coordinating and hosting local activities including producer-facing workshops and field days.Great communicator.An element of public speaking.Travel around the assigned territory in person to implement key marketing programs.Utilise the tools available to build positive relationships and generate sales growth in each account.Responsible for developing new business whilst maintaining an existing client base; your task orientation, proactive approach, and well-developed organisational skills will be highly valued.A strong emphasis on cultivating and nurturing relationships and delivering value for customers, including a positive and professional approach to customer service, is an essential requirement.The ideal candidate will have extensive animal health/veterinary sales experience and preferably tertiary qualifications in rural science or a related field.What Do You GetAbove industry salary, company car and attractive bonus structure.A company tech kit including Laptop, iPad, iPhone and work from home setup.Opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company & the largest Animal Health company in the world.Fabulous colleagues and interactions across multiple business areas including retail, veterinary, marketing, diagnostics, livestock, genetics, equine, veterinary operations, and customer service.Business trips to conferences, industry events & trade shows.Progression pathways for personal and career development.
