21st November, 2024We're seeking a Sales Representative to join a leading provider of high-quality industrial coatings in New South Wales. If you can demonstrate technical expertise in the coatings sector, excel at engaging and effectively communicating with a diverse range of professionals, including Architects, Engineers, and Specifiers, ideally with proven experience in successfully selling into these markets, then we want to hear from you!
Our client is a renowned leader in the manufacture, formulation, and specification of high-quality industrial protective coatings, fireproofing, flooring, and marine coatings across the Southern Pacific and Australasia. Known for their exceptional products and a strong commitment to cultivating long-term customer relationships, they set the benchmark for quality and innovation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Drive sales growth by achieving targets, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing revenue from existing accounts.Proactively seek out new clients and business prospects, managing leads and delivering impactful presentations to specifiers.Keep detailed customer records, prepare insightful reports on sales activities, competitor trends, and market conditions, and share key updates with the team.Provide expert product knowledge and technical support, equipping clients with the insights they need to make informed decisions about Carboline products.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service levels and play an active role in achieving broader company objectives.Key Requirements: Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and drive engagement.Strong time management and organizational abilities to effectively manage a busy territory and prioritize tasks.A proactive, hunter-style mindset focused on identifying new opportunities and driving business growth.Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge.Highly motivated to cultivate new relationships while maintaining and strengthening existing client connections.A results-driven approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales excellence.In return for your experience and expertise, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within a global, industry-leading company, with ongoing training to keep you ahead of the curve with product knowledge and industry trends.
