Nutrien Water are your local water specialists. Underpinned by a commitment to our customers, our dedicated team provide irrigation, pumping and water management solutions across residential, commercial, mining and agricultural water applications.
We are currently offering a great opportunity for a driven Customer Sales Representative to join our Raymond Terrace team on a full-time basis.
About the role: Reporting to the Branch Manager you will provide the highest level of customer service across a range of water product categories including water pumping, irrigation, and filtration. You will respond to retail and trade and rural customer queries and build genuine connections with both current and new lead customers.
Work closely with the Nutrien Water branch network to grow revenue.
Solicit new sales and projects, tenders and supply agreements.
Identify, develop, present profitable opportunities by providing support with quotations, sales, design, and project management support as required.
Develop a pipeline of activity inclusive of quotations and project works within SAP, maintain accuracy for use in the forecasting of revenue and gross margin.
Be on-road meeting & developing new customer relationships while maintaining our existing customer base.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers, key industry personnel and key branch staff.
About You: To be successful you must demonstrate the highest commitment to customer service, with the proven ability to build solid customer relationships and complete daily tasks to a high standard. Experience in retail sales, warehousing or water solutions is advantageous but not mandatory.
Skills and Experience: You will need to be an organised and well-structured person who thrives in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
You are innovative and proactive in your approach to increasing sales.
You have excellent personal presentation.
Have a 'can-do" attitude and positive outlook.
Sound computer skills, including MS Office.
