About The Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative - OEM to join our team based in Oakleigh.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager – OEM, you will be responsible for a defined territory and a group of customers.
The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
Positioning ASSA ABLOY Australia as the business partner of choiceManaging the marketing and sales activities of our OEM DivisionImplementing strategies to increase our revenue growthDeveloping and building trust & credible relationships with the sales teamCoaching and mentoring the sales team with our DistributorsAbout You With a background in sales and/or key account management experience, you will enter the role with a proven track record of achieving sales and growth goals.
You will be financially astute and a result-oriented individual with excellent presentation and communication skills.
You will also have the ability to motivate, persuade and influence to ensure the achievement of sales objectives as well as have experience with sales field-force management.
