A trusted Victorian shed builder established in 1976 that designs, manufactures, and constructs high quality steel buildings for farmers and other commercial customers.A truly values-driven organisation that promotes excellence, integrity, trust and respect.About the Role:A new growth strategy means our team is looking to expand.With our team of experts providing training and support, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the design process of their new shed (eg dimensions, features, location, council planning), and then handing over the plans to our operations team to execute.Your role will likely be mostly closing incoming leads generated through our marketing channels, but there is certainly an opportunity for you to supplement with your own traditional BD and networking.You will be empowered and supported to achieve your best and rewarded for your efforts through a sales commission/incentive.As we will measure your outcomes, your hours and work location will be mostly left for you to decide (after your training period), but you will need to travel to customer sites across Victoria (mainly Melbourne) and regularly come to visit the office in Mulgrave.Key responsibilities include:Providing exceptional customer service and stakeholder managementAchieving sales budgetDeveloping and improving yourself, our team and our businessAbout you:We need someone with a passion for sales and building relationships, but also someone who is interested in joining us in our growth journey.You will also need:Excellent people skills – an ability to form trusting relationships with customers and other stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPatient, methodical, detail-oriented, and strategicGood MS Office skills including MS ExcelAbility to positively influence outcomes and efficiently convert prospects/quotes into profitable new businessWhat we offer:An attractive salary, vehicle, and commission structureOpportunity to develop personally within a highly growth-oriented businessA company culture that promotes excellence, integrity, trust and respectYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a sales representative?What's your expected annual base salary?
