They are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to spearhead growth within the Enterprise-lite sector.
In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business across Australia by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering innovative solutions.
This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and networking.
Deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations that demonstrate return on investment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, finance, and technology) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Meet and exceed sales KPIs, with all activities recorded in CRM systems.
Strategically grow and manage referral partnerships to expand market reach.
About You:

Tertiary Qualification
5-8 years of sales experience in solution-based selling, with a proven record of exceeding targets.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
Proven ability in solution selling.
A proactive mentality with exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and manage fluctuating workloads.
Experience within the telematics industry, or an associated industry an asset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
