Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients for Brecks Group. They will play a pivotal role in driving sales, increasing revenue, and promoting the company's brand image.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services
Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking events
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service
Cultivate new sales opportunities by identifying and pursuing potential clients in the market
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the company's offerings
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring maximum profitability for the company
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotions
Attend trade shows and conferences to represent the company and promote its products and services

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation to closing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to travel as needed
