The posistion:  Join a business-to-business sales environment where your primary focus will be on establishing strong business relationships with both new and existing customers, via phone and emails.
Leveraging your exceptional rapport-building skills, you will nurture warm leads, delve into the unique requirements of each customer, and deliver tailored solutions to support their long-term success.
As part of this organisations dedication to providing a personalised service, you will conduct online product demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing the  company's offerings in detail.
You will demonstrate expertise in cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer accounts and deepen relationships.
Additionally, you'll efficiently manage quoting processes and promptly follow up on existing quotes, ensuring a smooth sales process for all customers.
Your customers know about this brand already so… say goodbye to pushy sales and hello to solution-based selling!
Full training will be provided,  covering everything you need to know about the product and sales in general.
This will give you a solid foundation to kick-start your career in Sales and Account Management or indeed continue on and learn a new industry!
Company culture and benefits:  A competitive  base salary of $60,000-$65,000 + super.
Realistic yearly earning potential of $90,000-$100,000 + super.
Work-from-home flexibility twice per week after the probation period.
Working for an established and reputable business offers all the training and support you will need to be successful long term.
Standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
No overtime required to achieve the expected results!
