With brick and mortar stores in Singleton and Dungog, along with a comprehensive online store, we continuously strive to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

The OpportunityWe are now looking for a full-time Salesperson working Monday - Friday with rotational Saturday shifts based in Singleton, New South Wales.
While a full-time position is on offer, you will start as a casual for your three month probationary period. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales and customer service to agricultural clients while maintaining stock accuracy and supporting store operations, reporting directly to the Store Manager. More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing outstanding sales and customer service to agricultural clientsLoading and handling customer orders confidently with manual handling tasksEnsuring accurate stock levels and maintaining visually appealing product displaysCollaborating with a supportive and dynamic team to meet store objectivesAssisting with day-to-day operations, including Saturdays on a rotational basisUtilising basic computer skills for inventory and sales support tasksContributing to a positive and safe working environmentPlease note: Applicants must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads up to 25kg.
What You NeedTo qualify, you will need a passion for the industry and a prior background in agriculture or veterinary science.
Excellent sales and customer service skills will also be considered essential. Additionally, a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
Forklift licenseBasic computer skillsExperience in manual handling and loading customer ordersStrong attention to detail for stock checking and visual product displaysAs our ideal candidate, you will possess strong interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
