Haynes currently have an opportunity for a Salesperson for our Client, who has a strong presence in the Mining and Heavy Industrial sectors within Mackay and the Bowen Basin and is looking to expand their existing Sales team to cater for their continuous growth.
About the Role Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all equipment models, including features, specifications, prices and available options/upgrades Advertising plant and equipment (photos and written descriptions) and responding to customer phone, walk-ins and website/social media channels Negotiating prices and terms in consultation with the Director Complete the sale/hire process from start to finish, including paperwork, contracts/agreements, insurance, warranties, etc Collaborating with wider sales team and business sectors and completing other duties, as required About You Hold a current Drivers Licence (manual) Ability to build relationships with new and existing clients easily and act with integrity Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Meet sales targets to achieve budget Possess a strong and reliable work ethic, be process driven and have a willingness to learn, grow and develop within the business Have efficient communication and computer skills About the Offer Remunerated with an above Award package based on skills/experience, with commissions Opportunities for future career development within the Business Option of a company vehicle or vehicle allowance At Haynes, we keep things simple: We back the talent of our people and land the jobs that best suit their needs.
