YOUR ROLEInvolvement in achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales volumes through the successful management of all accounts within the designated territory.Accountable for driving horizontal distribution by actively identifying and regularly calling on potential new businesses on territory to grow market share. Develop and maintain a rolling target list of potential new salon partners.Monitor and track progress vs KPIs using CPL / DSP / DSR on a regular basis.Review with Sales Area Manager and identify and implement plans to deliver versus goals.Building activity plans with customers and conduct regular business reviews to add value to the business. APT / Contract target management. Evaluate client growth through the analysis of sales patterns and treatment purchases.Ensure all in-salon/retailer brand support, marketing and merchandising materials that endorse ongoing promotional efforts and create superior image are utilized and retail areas are merchandised effectively for the customer.
