This is a highly rewarding role that offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives.
You will be responsible for scheduling and attending appointments, offering expert consultations, and delivering a high level of service throughout the equipment selection process.
Full product training will be provided to ensure you excel.Key Responsibilities: Conduct personalised consultations with therapists and families to assess their mobility equipment needs Recommend and present a range of equipment options that best suit individual requirements Accurately script and configure equipment as demonstrated during client trials Deliver and provide hands-on demonstrations of equipment functions and operations Take ownership of all client enquiries, ensuring follow-up and resolution with integrity Maintain professionalism, uphold company values, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process You will have: Proven experience in a customer-facing sales or relationship management role preferable, but we are open to applicants without experience who are eager to learn Technically minded with an interest in working with equipment Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a current Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations A commitment to providing exceptional customer care and working collaboratively with a team Physical capability to handle and move equipment safely A current driver's licence Sounds like your ideal role?
