You will work with customers from conception, right through to delivery, while ensuring every detail is considered.Responsibilities will include:Regularly promote the brand and products through all social media channelsFollow up sales leads and initiate contactMeet and exceed sales targets and customer expectationsDemonstrations and customer experience activitiesProject manage highly customised ordersAttend industry events and trade showsPrepare and document sales contractsWork with key stakeholders on pricing and negotiationsSupport and assist customers with any warranty issuesSKILLS & EXPERIENCEWe are looking for an individual who is not only motivated to achieve sales targets, but someone who loves the customer experience. Working alongside your customer to deliver the best outcome possible. Excellent presentation skills, passion, and ambition will help you succeed. If you love the outdoors and adventure, you will bond with the product and work will never be work. Experience dealing with high-end products is an advantage, as is solid social media/marketing content abilities.
