Aurizon's Containerised Freight Business is expanding, and we're searching for a go-getter Sales Representative with a talent for building and growing customer relationships in the transport logistics space.
You'll leverage your knowledge of our service offerings to identify new business opportunities and foster strong client relationships.

What you'll be doing: Hunting for new business: You'll identify and pursue fresh opportunities, expanding our client base with confidence.Building relationships that last: Nurture and maintain strong bonds with our existing customers, understanding their needs and offering top-notch, tailored solutions.Engaging with customers: You'll actively listen and learn about their business requirements, using your expertise to provide insightful advice.Solving complex challenges: Use your problem-solving skills to address tricky issues and come up with practical solutions.Customer service excellence: Be the go-to person, responding quickly and effectively to customer inquiries.Staying organised: Keep our customer database up to date and organised, making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.Generating leads: Whether through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, or networking events, you'll drive the growth of our customer base.Collaborating with teams: Work closely with our internal teams to craft professional bids that align customer needs with our commercial goals.Staying ahead of the game: Keep an eye on market trends, competitors, and pricing to ensure our prospecting efforts are always spot-on.About You: Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within the transport logistics sector.Influencing Skills: Strong ability to influence, persuade, counsel, and motivate stakeholders, peers, and teams.Customer Relationships: Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Communication Skills: High level of communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and oral.Drivers Licence: A valid driver's licence is required.Join Aurizon and help shape the future of our Containerised Freight Business.
