Sales Representative

The myHomecare Group is the leading Home Care Package provider in Australia and we support older Australians to continue living in their homes longer.
As our Sales Representative, you will build relationships over the phone with our prospective consumers and will focus on helping them understand a complex system.
You will have strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a personal way that really engages elderly people and their families.
As you will often have sensitive and personal conversations, you must be empathetic, personable and professional.
Your previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer facing environment will allow you to handle multiple tasks at once with ease.
There are no qualifications required for this role – we will teach you everything that you need to know.
You just bring the desire to assist our consumers understand how we can help them stay in their own homes safely.
What you'll be doing: Actioning all warm inbound leads via the telephone and managing an active pipeline of consumers Informing consumers of the best available support we can help them access through their Home Care Package Ensuring all data received is accurately entered into our CRM, which is a Salesforce based platform Engaging with consumers, their family members and/or their representatives with empathy and understanding What you'll get from us: Full time employment with regular weekday hours (37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm) A base salary, uncapped commissions and superannuation Hybrid working week– five days a fortnight in the office Ongoing training and upskilling to align with your career goals and progression Collaborative and supportive working culture Being a part of a fun and outgoing team atmosphere If this sounds like something you want to be a part of, apply today.
