Harris Aged Care is a provider of Financial Management software solutions for the Aged Care industry, with more than 60 years of combined experience.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and establishing relationships with prospective and existing clients.
This Melbourne-based role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements, allowing you to work from home a couple of days a week and spend three days in the office.
Permanent Full Time Role Hybrid Sales role which will require New Business Development and existing customer Account Management Regional, interstate and International Travel may be required Uncapped Commission About The Role Develop a pipeline of New Sales Opportunities Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers Prepare Proposals and Presentations to support closing sales opportunities Occasional travel within the territory to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent Harris Aged Care at conferences or trade shows Work closely with the Harris Aged Care Executive Vice President to proactively grow the business Execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets Demonstrate a deep understanding of Harris Aged Care's features, benefits, and value proposition to communicate effectively with prospective clients Utilise a consultative sales approach to understand prospective clients' unique needs and challenges and position Harris Aged Care as the solution Manage and prioritise sales opportunities effectively using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting, analysis, and reporting Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies Manage company LinkedIn to optimize branding and market visibility About You Sales experience: 2+ Years of Software Sales or Solution Sales experience Experience in both New Business Development and Account Management A person comfortable with cold outreach and building a pipeline within a new vertical Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets Experience with Software, Technology, Networks or Digital Transformation Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Windows applications What Will Make You Stand Out Excellent presentation and Communication Skills Self-motivated with a high degree of drive and determination Confident individual, willing to assume responsibility Motivated by opportunity within a large global company for the right person Please note you must have full legal working rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
