Your mission will be to connect with untapped customers, send out our enticing merchandising kits and POS materials, and elevate brand presence.

Key Responsibilities Onboard New Customers: Reach out to potential clients not yet engaged with our brand and bring them onboard.Database Management: Maintain and organize accurate customer details in our database.Expand Brand Reach: Identify and secure opportunities to introduce our brand to new venues.Kit Coordination: Organize and ensure the delivery of merchandise kits and Point of Sale materials.Deal Negotiation: Handle deal negotiations and place orders through the relevant wholesaler.Follow-Up: Engage with venues from trade day leads to promote activation opportunities.Customer Relations: Be the go-to contact for customers, building and nurturing lasting professional relationships. Requirements Proficient in Salesforce and Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable with phone and email outreach.Previous experience in phone-based sales and customer service roles.
