You ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to company growth by upselling and renewing contracts of existing customers. You will engage with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs of small and large companies, revolutionizing the way their businesses operate!The business scope of Odoo is vast, meaning you'll never stop learning. With creativity, you'll find solutions to most of your clients' pain points. This role is not just about sales; it's also about providing value to your clients.Main ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of existing clients in AustraliaAnalyzing and understanding your customers' IT projects: you will be their Odoo sales expert!Identifying potential future sales: increase your customers' use of the solution by offering them the right package in OdooDemonstrating the product (new apps, features) and new versions to end-usersNegotiating contract renewals: from monthly to multi-year subscriptionsMust HaveBachelor Degree or HigherPassion for software productsStrong organizational skills: you will have around 150 clients to manage!Solution-oriented0 to 3 years of experience in IT/SalesFull working rights in AustraliaNice to HaveSmart, with the ability to learn quicklyAdditional languagesAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and competitive environmentPassion for IT
