About Us Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.
The Opportunity We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Adelaide Parts team as a Sales Representative for our Donaldson product group. Based out of our Cavan branch, this role will have you delivering a high level of support to customers in the region by acting as the key point of contact for their parts requirements.
In this role you will be responsible for: Managing relationships in an existing network of customers within the territory Growth and new business development of the Donaldson Filter reseller network Undertake negotiations with Resellers/Customers regarding the renewal of their filtration reseller or supply agreements Accurate reporting of current and prospective activity, growth potential, market and competitor analysis Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure that all customer queries and requirements are attended to promptly while maintaining exceptional customer service As the ideal candidate, you will have: Demonstrated sales/customer service experience and success Experience in Earthmoving, Mining, automotive or similar industries is preferred Genuine desire to deliver Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction as you develop and maintain positive relationships with customers Previous experience with the use of CRM A motivated and competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targets A current driver's license and the ability to travel frequently Hitachi Benefits – What's in it for you?
