Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Relationship Representative to play a crucial role in driving company revenue and nurturing client relationships. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and Business Development to implement their sales plan with both new and existing clients. As a Sales & Relationship Specialist your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing a sales strategy focused on new business opportunities and proactive client engagement.Building and enhancing relationships with existing clients and new partners to identify opportunities for increased service offerings and revenue.Collaborating across the organisation to ensure client needs and expectations are met.Attending customer engagement meetings and providing insightful reporting and analytics to showcase their performance.In this role, you will be responsible for:Achieving quarterly KPIs for incremental sales growth through new and existing client relationships.Developing and maintaining business relationships with current clients to expand our service offerings and generate new opportunities.Analysing existing clients to identify opportunities and gaps for increased client value.Delivering presentations and pitches, both onsite and online, to demonstrate our performance and capabilities.Maintaining relationships with existing clients to expand brand reputation.Hands-on problem-solving and meeting set timeframes.Proactively exploring new ideas and thinking outside the box to improve processes.Owning client relationships and performance, including client/partner contracts and delivery performance.Creating costings and quotations.Strong mechanical/technical aptitude and the ability to retain product knowledge.Work independently, driven, and self-motivated / Strong personal presentation skills.To excel in this role, you should have:Sales/Account Management experience in a similar service-based business.Experience with credit functions, finance, and understanding of business drivers (ideal).Proven sales activity and strategic planning.Strong stakeholder management and sales negotiation skills.Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Analytical, conceptual, and innovative thinking.High Level Communication/Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
