Qualifications & experience Hold a current drivers license.Able to work within established territories.Basic knowledge use of Excel and WordStrong communication (written and verbal)and influencing skills.An individual who is prepared to own a process and accept accountability for performance.Decisive with the ability to make sound decisions based on experience and good judgement.Baking experience would be advantageous.. Tasks & responsibilities Execute Foodmont's sales initiatives through direct relationship management across defined customer base
Build and maintain strong store personnel relationships through exceptional in store service.Observe and report on competitor activity, market trends and market intelligence.Adhere to a regular call cycle ensuring the cycle is efficient yet flexible and best matches opportunities for growth.Attend Sales meetings when requested.Ensure all administration i.e weekly reports, expense forms are updated and submitted proactively.Demonstrate a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service and a willingness to go that extra steep for every customer.Must be able to travel to regional territories based on a call cycle.Maintain existing customers on your call cycle.
