The Sales & Property Management Department Manager is a key role within our clients executive leadership team. This individual will be responsible for managing the sales and property management operations for a rapidly growing agency. The role will work closely with all agents, assisting in managing their pipelines, providing training, and supporting their professional growth as well as leading and training the property management department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Sales and Pipeline Management: Collaborate with Agents in managing and growing their sales pipelines. Having thorough knowledge of all potential opportunities, and creating a culture of accountability to drive & increase overall revenue. Training and Development: Design and facilitate regular training sessions for the sales agents and property management to enhance their skills and performance. Providing extensive research analysis & insight on present market trends and thorough knowledge of the wider Property Industry. Ensure all pertinent matters are addressed in an open and constructive manner which stimulates and develops company culture & values. Leadership: Provide mentorship & guidance to sales and property management departments, acting as a key point of contact during complex & challenging scenarios. Preparing individual business plans for each agent and overseeing all agent activity to improve productivity. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of the Agents and property management teams regularly providing proactive mentoring & development, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Stakeholder Management: Act as a representative of the business at industry conferences, events & engagements with key stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience:Significant experience in a Sales Management role within the Property Industry.Knowledge of property management legislation.Strong leadership, sales, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability managing & developing teams.Proficiency in building strong rapport with internal & external stakeholders.Motivational self-starter, that is inspirational, driven & focused on excellence.Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.Proficiency in CRM systems and sales-related software.Full understanding of the Australian property market.
