Sales / Property Management Administrator - Part Time

A fantastic opportunity to join this well known and highly respected property company, based in Melbourne's Inner CBD / Bayside (Brighton Area).
As the main Administrator for this boutique office, this position is offered on a part time basis - Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.00am until 5.00pm. (Flexibility of hours can be provided too). The role will be responsible for overseeing the sales administrative function of the office, along with supporting the property manager on and ad hoc basis.  Although the role is based on Reception, this forms a minor part of the position.
Some responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the front deskLiaising with clientsAssisting with marketing campaigns / advertising and social mediaPreparing auctions files and uploading contractsAssisting with settlement giftsUpdating database with sales and auction resultsAssisting the property manager with administration and maintenance supportBased in a beautiful part of Melbourne's Inner CBD in lovely corporate offices, the team provides a great office environment and a fun and friendly group to work with. The office looks after some of Melbourne's most prestigious properties, so discretion and confidentiality is essential.
Experience within property is essential for this role.  Knowledge of Box + Dice as well as Console would be an advantage but not essential. Professional presentation, a great attitude and exceptional organisational skills will ensure your success.
