What's in it for you Annual salary £28,000 Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm Every other Saturday or Sunday, 10am-4pm Days/nights out 50% discount on EA/Lettings Services, NEST Pension Scheme, Free FS Service What you'll be doing Looking after a manageable portfolio of properties Update and maintain notes for your portfolio, keeping clients constantly and fully updated with the progress Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and other estate agents Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange Upselling some of the recommended financial services/solicitors What you'll have Either Estate Agency Sales Progression / Conveyancing Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
