We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The role will focus on the selling both New and Used truck-mounted elevated work platforms (EWPs) to a range of industries, including telecommunications, Wind Farming, Mining, construction companies, utility providers, Arborists and other industries requiring elevated access solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for truck-mounted EWPs in the designated territory.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our EWPs.Prepare and present sales proposals, tender submissions, quotations, and contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met, including any custom modifications.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.QualificationsProven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment, construction, or truck-mounted EWP industry.Strong knowledge of truck-mounted elevated work platforms and their applications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.A self-starter with a proactive approach to business development.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
