Sales / Production Estimator - Domestic Builder

Our client is a well know, and well established Queensland building company. This brand has a reputation for quality and success, boasting diversified interests across the housing market inc Project Homes, Luxury Custom Builds, wholesale and Townhouse Developments. 

We are now seeking to recruit a Sales & Production Estimator for an immediate start, based out of their brand new office on the Gold Coast. This company offers a working environment that is second to none, and will give you exposure to cutting edge techniques and practices together with a rewarding culture. 

Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5+ years' experience working with a property development organisation / domestic home builder in a similar capacity. Experience Estimating on Townhouse Developments would be ideal, and ability to use Databuild is must. 

A pedigree of results driven leadership and performance management will be vital, together with an exceptional understanding of estimating processes associated with custom and project housing.
