We currently have a position available full-time, or hours may be negotiated for a Sales Processing Officer at our Corporate Office in Mildura.The RoleYou will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including, but not limited to:Processing equipment sales using Company business systems.Reviewing sale documentation and performing cross checks.Providing payment/payout details as required for the settling of machinery sales.Processing tasks relating to settlement of sales deals.Following up matters regarding sales deals and trade ins.Performing internal account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of sales processing.Preparing invoices for external financiers for sales of equipment.Ensuring sales documentation is scanned and archived for each sale.Reconciling general ledgers for incentives, rebates, floorplan and cost estimates.Performing data entry and preparing reports.Working with a team of Sales Processing Officers ensuring optimal productivity for the Corporate Administration team.To be successful you will needReliable and punctual.Self-motivated, organised with attention to detail and ability to work within a team or independently.Ability to meet deadlines.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms.Ability to learn new systems.PreferredPrevious experience in a similar role, or work experience in Administration and or Finance/Banking.What we'll provide youAbove award pay rates.A competitive remuneration package.Salary Packaging.Ongoing training and support.Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment.Multi-site organisation with room to move or transfer.Friendly welcoming team environment.Company health and wellbeing program.Employee Assistance Program.Service anniversary milestone recognition and gift.
