We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for a Sales Planning Analyst to join our Commercial team based in Perth's CBD .
This role will involve infrequent travel to other Harvest Road Group sites as required.
Reporting to the Head of Sales – Beef, you will provide comprehensive analysis and planning support in order to effectively coordinate and deliver our high-quality beef products to both international and domestic customers.
Your role will involve: Coordinating and managing daily production plans to optimise order fulfilment.
Tracking order completion and facilitating communication with Sales, Production and Supply Chain teams to maximise DIFOT.
Providing analysis and feedback for various aspects of sales reporting to identify areas of opportunity to deliver actionable insights.
Creating and enhancing current S&OP systems and services, working collaboratively with Cattle supply and Production.
Creating and managing sales forecasts for various sales channels and customer groups to set the demand plans.
Providing a sales-oriented perspective and support for wider Commercial team.
Our ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in international business, marketing, commerce or equivalent/relevant field).
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Strong proficiency using PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel, including complex data analysis.
Previous experience using Power BI.
Ability to thrive under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with good time management skills.
Strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills.
Good business acumen and analytical skills.
Strong service-orientation and responsiveness to internal and external customers.
